Our beautiful, 'Barn Style' private function building is included in all of our wedding packages, The Barn features a full fitted bar and stunning views over the Rutland Countryside, the perfect backdrop to make wonderful memories and photos to remember them.

We help take care of all the details, like managing deliveries, working with florists to create gorgeous arrangements, and guiding the catering team to whip up a delicious meal that you and your guests will love. Our aim is to keep everything running smoothly so you can soak up every moment and enjoy celebrating with your loved ones.
PERFECT PICTURES
Our 200 year old windmill site is perfect for your wedding reception. You can have photographs taken anywhere across our site, on the paddock, with beautiful countryside views, inside the windmill, or under our ancient willow and old English oak trees in our woodland.
The stunning valley views make this the perfect backdrop for your guests to relax and enjoy a special day with you.

Perfect Wedding & Reception Location
We held a wedding here on the 18th September 2021 in the newly built barn. We also had use of the woods and refreshments provided by Josh and his staff. They went out of their way to satisfy our every need and were perfect hosts. I can highly recommend this venue. It was my daughters wedding and the setting was perfect for photos and the reception. This place will go from strength to strength because they have an instinct for knowing what their customers want and need.
